Payments
All balances are due at the time of your visit.
If we are a participating provider in your insurance plan, payment of any deductible or co-payment will be due at the time of your visit. Anyone with an outstanding balance will not be seen until their account is paid in full.

Know Your Insurance
Please be aware that it is the patients responsibility to know their plan. Not all insurances cover the same procedures. It is important that you are aware of what your plan covers to
avoid any unexpected bills. This can be done by calling your insurance company
before seeing your doctor.

Coordination Of Benefits
If you receive a bill because your insurance denied your claim due to
coordination of benefits, this means you must contact your insurance to update
your information on file. Your insurance will not pay any claims until you do
this. Therefore, any claim denials for COB will result in the bill being your responsibility until you do so.
