Please Note
In order to give each of our patients the proper amount
of time, office visits should be scheduled.
Patients who arrive without an appointment will be
seen when possible,
but long waits may be unavoidable while we tend to patients who do
have appointments.
Please call to schedule an appointment first.
We occasionally get behind schedule when emergencies
occur.
We sincerely believe in the value of your time and
will try to notify you if we have any unavoidable delays.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice.
Someone else may need that appointment time.
Those who do not cancel within 24 hours of an appointment are subject
to a $25.00 charge.
